The Frederick National Laboratory in partnership with the Hood College Graduate School is pleased to offer an in-person Project Management Night Out – Seminar & Networking Reception.
In this presentation, Kristen Pike, MS, PMP, Associate Scientist, will discuss the main components of project management and provide examples of how each of them is used in the Frederick National Laboratory’s CLIA Molecular Diagnostics Laboratory. Kristen will take participants on a journey through current technologies utilized in one of Frederick’s clinical laboratories and provide use cases that could potentially be applied to other labs and businesses.
